chattahoochee florida help!

I will be visiting my brother come the end of December In chattahoochee Florida basically close to Tallahassee. I wanted to know if anyone knew any spots worth trying in that area and what to expect as far as catching goes

you can try the st. marks wildlife refuge, plan on wading to fish. Also i believe, but not sure, there is a head boat that goes out of Panacea, both places are about a 45 minute drive south of Tally.
