Over an hour trying to upload an avatar?!?!?! Man I am an idiot.. help

try downloading a program called "Avatar Sizer", it will resize it for you and still keep the picture quality.

The avatar requires minimum 80bpi(bits per inch)
You must reduce the photo size to fit.
Keep trying, it works.
