Peacocks are on fire

Post by baseball4life702 »

Haven't hit a spot yet that I didn't find peacocks. Best times are right before and after the storms roll in.

Hahah those lakes are always on fire lol I've heard there's some tarpon in there too. But something about the storms it gets them fired up! All over too any spot the storms bring them out biting.

Went to an old spot today and it was the best decision of my life. Caught probably the biggest peacock of my life just shy of 8lbs it made at least 6 runs and bent both trebble hooks on the lure. It is the one in the top right and bottom left of the second picture. As you can see it is almost double the size of my size 13 flop.
I am willing to take people out if interested in finding the peacocks, it is an easy fishery but I have run into many that can't find them so easily therefore I am willing to show people the way. (305)-776-9766

Get in touch with me I'll put you on them. I'm gonna go out in a bit and see what's out there because the sun is out and it's a good 95 degrees lol

I went out to Blue Lagoon yesterday for a scouting trip with the boat since I've never fished there. Caught 1 pea and 1 mayan from 3-6pm. Got out there late because of a detour to pick up the fishing buddy (skunked because he ate bananas on the way down there) and the gf (threw 3 lines and tanned for the rest lol).

GF lives in key biscayne so I spend my free time 50/50 in miami and broward. I'll def be hitting you up when im down there
