Thats Tory, did I spell that right.

Great to see you posting, Cool

As for some reports

I have seen some nice Muttons leave lately,

Saw a 10lb Bonita caught today, a handful of Nice size Cero macks caught saw a good many swimming when I took a walk. 1 Tarpon hooked AND Released about 125lb I hear, 1 Dolphin as in Flipper hooked and jumped 5 times and Jeff has some pics that a guy speed shot so I hope he will post them, saw a nice Permit swim past the tee when I was out there checking things out also a good many Tarpon, small pod of Snook inshore "out of season now: and Blue runners.

As for bait
Gogs galore, Horse Pilchard galore out over the reef and Small 2 inch pilchards perfect yellowtail baits where hanging in the trough, Greenies moving up and down the pier in a tight wad and some Mullet schools hanging over the sand bars.

Wow seen it done a few times but never pictures of it. Saw a 9 ft one landed at Deerfield pier years back. Didn't jump and didn't know what it was til it was close to the pier.

Cool Pics, They normally don't like hooks and are smart, They know not to eat it.

This was an accidental catch he was Tarpon fishing, with a freelined Pilchard, Flipper shook the hook and smiled as she swam away a little fuller from stealing a bait.

Thats nuts, they are usually smart enough not to get hooked. I've had them so bad at the Skyway that I had to move to a new spot, they would take every bait off my hook within seconds of it being out.

8) I had one eat my 1 oz Croc on the drop at Juno 2 falls ago. Started to do a Triple Lundy before I broke it off. Dumbass Flipper. Must have been a female.

fished yesterday from 6pm-2am
water was flat and very clear, big school of pilchards were moving around right past the middle hut until a school of 25 tarpon came in right before sunset and spooked them all
first cast of the day showing my friend how to use a jig and we catch a nice cero, a few were caught but they left when the bait left
we moved to the tee after sunset, didnt get a hit till about 11:30 and then for the next 3 hours everyone one of my 6 rods casted out with pilchards and such (i was with 3 other people) got nailed at least once, without one fish landed  line would come off the reel like a snapper hit, id drill the hook into there mouths, fight him for like 20secs and the hook would just pop right out of there mouth  i was using mustad 2/0 and 3/0 short shanks, once i even let the fish suck the bait in for a long time and still after setting up and fighting it for about 30secs the hook just popped right out :reeling: :pale:
we were on our final pilchards, our last go at it, all rods casted out, and of all the rods to get slammed my baitrunner 3500 with 30lb braid gets slammed, we couldnt stop the fish for a good 15mins, just as we started seeing my mono backing under the braid the fish starts to slow and then turn :cyclopsani: and just then he cuts through my leader, my buddy who tops the scales at 120lbs goes flying back on to his arse :biglaugh: and the fight was done :nopity:
also found a spinning combo out by the tee, there's a thread about it in the general chatterbox section :salut:
fishings only boring if you suck at catching fish

Decent size Cero Macks everyday, Mutton and Mangroves have been being caught sporadically, alot of bait most days, I see Permit swimming by every other day, also a few shark hits through the weeekend.

Tarpon are passing everyday
