so in december mudhole gave me one of there new full carbon blanks to do a build on and test out..this is a 15-40lb..its very similar to the phenix but it comes with a very nice clear coat on it witch...

I trolley alot and my gator t90xh is way too whippy to effectivley throw 8 oz, would it be a good idea too cut like 3 inches off of the tip.

Rods are pinnacle marine 30-80 class with short bent butt, reels are accurate 665h and 665h wide planning on spooling them with 65# pp. rods are great for the price

Some body put an Alan Tani - Kolekar reel handle one of the Accurates, that's the 3/0 size Kolekar handle, very comfortable knobs!
Yup I bought the reel used and it came with the handle. Love it!

finally got the penn spinfisher ssv reels at my job... after playing around with them for a while they seem like great reels, and the drag is really smooth...looks to be a very duarable reliable reel

me personally i like the spinfishers better ... i think there smoother...the drags on them are definitly smoother, its just an all around better reel i think

Seen nothing but good reviews and just ordered a rod myself. It came in today and looks great. Won't be using the rod for a little bit, but it seems like a great deal for the price.
