You can find them all over the place

Bridges in the keys
ICW
Piers

You have to work for em to find em.

I'll go with a light rod 12 to 15 braid with a 20 or 30 fluro leader and a 2.0 or even 1.0 hook or just a jighead and walk the ways always trying to find em on which piling or whatnot they are stacking.

Pull small ones then go to the next spot. Once you got a bigger one you can get a heavier rod if you like and then take one or 2 out then move again to next spot.

Snappers are smart and IMO if ya stay on a spot where they are stacked and pull out to many you will spook em

snapper like reefs... structure... look for rocks, bridges, pilling... etc for them. I seen a whole bunch at SI a long the rocks... They should be getting close to keeper size now.
