custom 9/0 drag

Does anyone know how to customize a Penn 9/0 to get more drag?

Downtown Miami. Permitchaser is right, Gino is a magician with reels, especially Penn conventionals.

I was unable to find capt harris with Google. Could it be capt. harry's fishing supply instead?
