HT-100 washers

When replacing drag washers, do you leave them dry or grease them? What kind of grease would be best? I've heard a lot of opinions and wondered what you guys think.

Dont the new washers come with instructions?

Personaly i say no oil/grease

I use Shimano Grease on all my HT100's. It "waterproofs" and "oilproofs" them. In addition, it extends their life, smoooooothes them out and prevents sticking, and DOES NOT effect the drag pressure. Penn does not say to do it, but I haven't seen anywhere that they say not to. The Shimano Drag grease and Cals's, as well, will take the heat of the drag friction and not break down.
