I can't find access to my Inbox anywhere with this new layout. Where the heck did it go???

User control panel and from there.

On mobile view the button looking like a pill on the side has the menu "user Control Panel"

I am sure Tommy can deploy those menu on all possible post areas as i was earlier with the old theme.

Not sure if it auto populates a button or link "visual note" info wise of a pm received but someone send someone a pm and see if there is a link populating on pm received.

You still get a pop up on PMs, also an Announcement will show on top of index page in you don't check your PM.

You will now find a button next to the Members button, OK

Is the PM Button functioning for you guys, it works for me fine,

Also everyone ideas are good so throw them out there so they can be heard and maybe followed up.

Anyway to chnage how the pics are being display?

Your image processing anchored in the theme php or can you adjust voa the theme css?

Hold on I am searching out through the css files now

I think I got it, Ok it will now use a Thumbnail 400 height and it will be clickable, there is a size limit on images of which I think it is about 500kb.

All images before now will remain and from now on they should look like mine.

Let me know if this fix is working.

Can you plant the "view new topics" link in the thread itself like it was before. Makes the nav easier especially mobile thus eliminates the need to open in new tabs to avoid calling back to the board index to find the link set again.

On my way now to the ocean with my coffee and when I get back at 7am that is the first to do on my list, I am pretty sure we can get that link somewhere on this style and I will then look over the Mobile style and do some changes to make it better.

Ok when you go to any post you will now see the link to view new posts left side next to [ Moderator Control Panel ] and above the search topic.

I figured you wanted to link right out from each post. YES check it out and let me know if that works.

I am going to put it in the same place in the mobile style I believe and may make some other little changes will do that at some point this afternoon.


Any other ideas, if they make the function better and we can do it easily I am up for hearing your ideas this forum is for all of you and I want you fisherpeople to enjoy your experience here at BF Forum.

I saw in your post you had mentioned [Moderator Control Panel]

I think that is where the culprit is. If you say moderator control panel that is where the hook is. Should all be permission driven I guess.

Find the handle [User Control Panel] and set the ahref:// or whatever you use there.

You got an account without admin permission? Or log in as regular user and see what I see.

I did alt refresh and whatnot to see if my cache is just not updating but that does not make sense.

I do not see the link

I still dont see it, Tommy. On the comp version I dont but if I switch to the mobile style I see it. Never mind I see it now

Guess the load on the server is much less with this theme as well.

The response time is actually quite good in both modes

The server is running very well, after the last day of those errors they tweak a couple of issues also with Latency besides the misconfiguration.
