got over there Monday and Tuesday. Started each morning out on the beach. Landed a few trout on Tuesday and only 2 snook on Monday both around 4 - 7 lbs. Moved to the bridge after the sun came up and ran into a ton of macks on Monday but zero on Tuesday. I went 2 for 8. The frenzy from that height made it hard to avoid the cut offs. Met 2 local guys on the bridge who I shared the site info with (hope to see them ashore). The summer showing of big tarpon and rays has started, a few 100# tarpon where rolling in the center of the pass and plenty of rays jumping into the incoming water. Brought an 18inch trout home with 3 macks, one provided by the other anglers. Snook and trout caught on mirro deen and the macks on bucktail and gotcha. Fished the start of incoming water both days. I am use to seeing clean water over there, but it was cloudy all the way out both days.
