Try getting a PM to KRASH , he does a lot of yak fishing in that area.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

Start at Outdoor Resorts, come across the causeway it will be on the left. There is a small parking lot and just past the Boatramp back to the North about 30' there is an opening to launch into the bay. Drop the yak and park in the lot, if you arrive early and the store is not open you pay when you leave. Don't stiff them please pay. Directly across is the mouth of the Turner river, use the channel or you maty be walking in Oysters, on an outgoing the mouth of that river is good fishing, on incomming paddle up into the river and fish the oyster bar points and mangroves.
Fishing sucks there thsi week , the cold did a lot of damage killing fish ,but it will come back quickly (my opinion).
There is a paddle in there, hosted by Captain Wright, google him, he runs a moter-ship kayak guided fishing biz. I think its 2/20 - launch at first light or whenever, meet up ath a predetermined lunch site for the best chowder can be had for miles, then paddle back. You'll meet anywhere from 50 to 150 paddlers that day, many wil be fishing.
Another launch site is Choko Island Park, its a very small circle you can park on and drop you yak in at the boat ramp, also pay the ramp fee when you leave. You can paddle out and across teh bay, fish the oyster bars and mangrove shorelines, but I'd recommend a handheld gps here as it easy to get all twisted up into the islands anc creeks. You can also fish the bay for miles without loosing sight of the launch, but if you do the mangrove shorelines an disland don't look like you rememebred them when you went out, the tide has changed, is higher or lower.
If you go make sure you have good hard soled wading shoes if you get out of the kayak, lots of oyster bars, and believe me they are razor sharp
