Is there any migration on the West coast? Looks like I will be over there in the coming month and just wondering if I should pack this tackle to target them.

They catch the migration over there as well. I believe around May - July . They also get a lot of small 2 - 5 lb permit mixed in as well.

They are starting to show on the Skyway piers, unfortunately the Macks get so thick it is hard to keep a Pomp jig on.

stopped by Naples pier Friday afternoon without my rod

nice size pomps hitting banana jigs, all regulars catching, googans not so much
things were kinda quiet Saturday, wind layed down and switched direction
