Burning = working quick like a rattletrap... best when looking for a reaction type bite. Or when fish are shallow in a chasing mood.
Working the storm all depends on the situation/condition. You can work them from the above technique.. and slow it down and use it practically like a plastic worm. My best producing technique in lakes with little or no grass... is a faster plastic worm like retrieve. Lift, bounce, lift bounce, etc.
