More schoolie blacks.

Post by Local66 »

Perfect day, uncooperative redfish forced us to seek other means of entertainment. Found several schools, caught several fish. All on a #4 clouser in root beer/white.

How did you fish the clouser? Slowly along the bottom?

I just threw it about 10' in front of a cruising school, have it about 3 seconds to fall, then started a slow/steady/long strip across the bottom. There was a school of 20-30lb fish where we were, but I spooked them out of there with a bad cast. The fish we caught were 4-6lbs.

Nice catch Local. My girlfriend freaked out when she caught her first Black drum. :D
The Judge asked the prostitute, "At what point did you realize you were raped?"
The prostitute replied (wiping away tears), "When the check bounced."
