Thanks for the report rob. Killula gogs are kinda weird at anglins a pod usually hangs around the T all day and they bug on and off all day, sometimes you can get one every time you throw your bug and other times they wont even look at it.

Not Much to add to Rob's Report - Nice seeing some fellas for a change

Made the best out of a bust of an AM....

Kieth ended up goin home w a few keeper snappers -
Mt lil bro ended up a very nice flounder - he couldnt believe how it was filett's...lol
I had a decent mack ( for fall '10 lol )
a 12 or 14' grover and a fillettable Mojarra for the mixed bag we ended up with.

Brought some live shrimp but cut bait was the ticket ! Fresh frozen Mullet - small size in strips...

Great seeing Ricky, Tommy, Rob n Kieth.....

Oh yea, forgot to report - we got like 4 undersized Yellowtails as well, also on strop baits - super light weights on Bottom moving W the current - kinda cool to see em - and fun on the lightweight rods.....

Fished today from like 930am to 530pm

Not much going on tough to get bait once again. Managed a few ballyhoo and I bugged up one single gog all day, pod was moving like crazzzyyy. We caught a bunch of short yellowtails and grovers, with one keeper grover. Some guys were nailing the grovers with live shrimp. We ended up with 5 big runners for blacktip baits. Will post up a pic later.

yeah... it sho is. you gonna butter fly them up or cut off a section of the tail near the anal. either way they work really well.

fixed..these are all gonna be for casted baits, so each runner is gonna bet cut up into 2-4 chunks.

There were a few spinners this tuesday skying but no one was fishing for them..kevin caught a small blacktip like 2-3ft on a trolley with a live runner on tuesday

Fished from 2pm till about 4pm (playin hookie from work) managed to jig a few nice pomps.....couple real nice fish . Tight lines

sweet. i was going to go today but rain rain rain d@**it. but that's alright though.

Fixed... Never fear the rain bud, especially at this time of the season, see it as a BIG blessing, it means weather change, usually cooling down. I may make an appearance up there soon, I hope the cool weather holds, but most importantly that northern wind! Yum, pompano!
