Shark tourney awards & Boatless BBQ - NEED HELP PLS

OK Boatless community:
We are planning the Shark Tourney Awards & Boatlessfishing.com annual picnic this coming September 9, 2007 from 8am to 4pm. The event will be at Carlin Park in Jupiter and promises to be alot of fun for everyone. I want to know if anyone on boatless can help us with the event. We are looking for someone to donate/loan the following items:
* DJ services or sound equipment to liven up the event. We need a system to hook up our ipods and have a microphone for use during the event. DONATED BY GONESHARKFISHIN'
* Helium tank for balloons
* Heating plates/chafing dishes to serve food. DONATED BY P.A.
* Lighting on poles to illuminate the "stage" during the awards and photos
* People to present clinics on various shorebound fishing topics such as rod wrapping, cast netting, rigging techniques, reel maintenance and repair, etc... Any topic you know would be beneficial to your fellow forum brothers & sisters.
* Items for kids/adult picnic games: potato sacks, rope for tug-o-war, balls, and any other games.
* Coolers for food, ice & drinks.
* Also would be cool if anyone has a mounted shark to bring out to the park for photos with attendees and the kids. DONATED BY ADVANTAGE PAWN
* Large size fans to cool us off!!!
The event will have a fishing tournament on the beach and casting competition in the morning and we wanted to fit in as many activities as possible to make it a fun day. If you think of anything that you could help us with, please let me know.
