Once you have the pictures on a photobucket account, return to your original message, click edit, and remove the incorrect links. Insert the "Img" tag from photobucket (it will be under the pic in your album) and Preview your corrections. If all looks correct, and the pics appear, click "Submit" and you'll be good to go.

I am new to the forum and was told about it by a friend who recently joined. I have fished Anglin's since I was a teen (20yrs). Unfortunately I haven't been able to fish very much the last few years. I was getting flees today north of the pier with that same friend. The water was clear and calm. The only bait I saw around was a small pod of muggets going the wrong way (North) I also talked to a guy at T&R who caught a couple of keeper pomps this morning from the beach, but took a few hours. The water did not look fishy at all. Anyway, I hope this next front gets some fish around.

I am good friends with Mike S. and Matt D. I grew up fishing with Anton, Wimberly, Gary, George B., Lonnie, Mackerel Annie, and many more. I remember when I was about 16 and Steve Kantner was trying to catch summer snook on fly (this was when snook were going nuts for chicken feathers) Anyway Steve was a little cocky and said Do you want to hold a famous guys fishing rod? I laughed at him and walked away. I'm sure he wouldn't remember, but I sure did. I'm sure I know you also. I will probably be out there sat am with my son and possibly mother in law. (that's what she wanted for her birthday)

I thought I remembered you saying that. Man, that is my favorite new lure....I have caught with it, Macs, Largemouth, Peacocks, Snook large and small, many, many Jacks both large and small, and Bluefish at the inlet will just not leave it alone! - Had to switch to a Bucktail one day just to get it away from the Blues.

It looks GREAT in the water, but beware, it only takes a few miscasts into the concrete pilings of a bridge to break em.... the same lightweight construction and delicate balance that gives em the radical side to side wobble is also it's greatest weekness....still outperforms anything made of balsa in the water IMHO.

I have gone through like 6 of em in the last 2 months. Everytime I am in Walmart getting Baby Stuff, I just buy 2 more each trip....lol

Nice going Boatless, how was the water that morning? And how does the fishing look for Saturday PM- Sunday AM. Any muttons biting?
I too will have to get a couple new lures for this weekend, especially the XRAP.

Bluerunner, it is going to be a bit rough so bring some patience. Possibly Bluefish and more Bluefish and Sharks and maybe more Sharks.
Honestly IMO it is going to go one or the other bad or good but until we see how intense the water is really can't know, either it is fishable or not and if you can fish it you can catch fish.

Mornings may very well produce Bluefish and Mackerel. Snapper is a hard call.

Now as the NE wind gets to kicking it up fishing should be good and as it lays down after 12 hours to a day the Snapper Bite should be ON and many other species but at one point it may very well get to rough in the middle of that time.

My favorite Xraps Ghost and Olive green back these two have out performed all others.

Yo-suris are also awsome for macks

I do not use wire, and I take the hit in the pocket. Many do use wire but it does affect hits big time IMO when the Macks are not thick, now when they are thick I don't think it matters so much.

i stopped by anglins earlier today about 7am. The waves were ridiculously rough... almost crashing on the pier. I saw some bluefish caught before i left. I was hoping today would've been a bit calmer than yesterday.

Took Joshua there last Sunday. Wish we had caught something, anything, but we got skunked. between parking and pier entry, would rather pay for parking at Dania Beach. But thats just my opinion.

Today was a real tough fishing day, the wind was working up the water like a glass of alka seltzer

. Those were the higest and wettest

waves that I have ever seen. We were cold wet and playing dodge ball with the waves

The only person that caught alot of fish that I have seen, was dave, who caught a lot of blues(which we got... he he he

) and the monster groves that boatless had mentioned.
We also caught a few blues, a small bonnet head and one keeper grove all on cut finger mullet.
The wind had died down a bit when we left at 09:45am but the seas were still rough and the fishing was still a bit tough.
Oh, there was one guy who caught a 1.5 - 2lb mack on the T using artificial.
We will be back soon but when the wind dies down. Till then, happy fishing to all.

did any1 see me there when i came to check out if anyone was catching anything? Kid with glasses,grey long sleeve shirt with my brother and dad? we walked down to the T and watch some guys catch some blues. Were any of them you guys?

Pier kid, were were there on the T, the left side... sorry we missed you. I thing the waves got too much of our attention
