Baitrunner Spinning Reels: Any Good?

I'm considering one of the "baitrunner" spinning reels for salt water pier fishing . I would like it to accept a minimum of 200 yards of #20 lb monofilament line. What's available & how reliable are they?

Dude you gotta try harder than that. Im not gonna Google the line capacity of reels for you. Shimano baitrunners are boss though

I will bring a Baitrunner to your home and prepare a Power Point presentation on the reel and comparison to similar reels on the market. Or perhaps you can just google it and find the information you need in 10 seconds. Either way...

I have two and love them both. Have outlasted many of my other reels and still going STRONG! If you can find one, GET IT!

Theolder models

6500b and lower

4500 and 3500.

Even the snaller one the 3500 the older model will kick a$$ for years to come.

The new models are junk in comparrison.

Many here have put a lot of hurting on fish with the BR's for years and will continue so for years cuz they just are very very solid.

That's quite the collection...hoard you've got there.

I loved the one I had years back til it went swimming...still hasn't come back lol. Using a Hurricane Kobia now and I've had it going on 10 years, works like a freaking champ and it's never been opened up.
