Headed out to Long Key from Miami with Captain Stabbin' today at about 8:30am...got there at 10:30am and had everything setup by 11:00am. Nice day weather-wise, clear skies, and calm seas when we got there. Could have been a lot better day fishing-wise though...lots of undersized yellowtails, tons of grunts, a couple of cow fish, and some undersized groupers and mahogany snappers were hooked, along with other aquarium fish lol. The big boys were there but werent biting...There were about 5
BIG muttons that looked to be feeding on something attached to the bridge...Tried pieces of mullet and live shrimp on them, but they werent interested. 3 schools of Cuda's also swam by 2day, but only got the first schools attention early on. Captain stabbin almost hooked up on a nice cuda, about 3ft long, but when it jumped out of the water it spit out the hook.
LOTS of tarpon up till about 1pm, and no, they werent biting anything either. Left at 4 pm when bait was running thin. All in all it was a fun day...
Caught this guy and threw him back...Just wondering what type of fish is this????

I wanted Freedom, Open Air, Adventure. I found it on the Sea
