Have fun if you go tie your stuff down sucks I got the whole weekend off and conditions killed the fishing. NE /N 20- 25 mph sounds like 2 -4 at the bridge ripping currents and loads of Gulf grass drifting through the tarpon might be around at night to feed on the crabs floating through on the outgoing though but the water should be cloudy as heck. Not worth the effort from my part experience use the weekend to prep some tackle and finish the honey do list.

Yep, it doesn't look good, I'm waiting until next weekend to fish the full moon.

This weather does not affect the poons at all from my experiance. I will be hitting up a new spot and if that doesn't work we will hiting the our usual spots. Hopefully it rains now and not at night.

So did anybody hit the Keys this weekend? Planning on either hitting channel 2 or Card Sound in the early AM till about 10 or 11am. How is the wind looking in the keys or should I just stay on Card Sound?

I went to the spillways and cardsound and the wind wasn't to bad. Did fairly well on the snook regardless of the bait situation. Report coming soon.
