june 24 fishing on channel 2

My brother, my friend and I went on the sailors choice party boat on sunday morning. sucked!! the only thing caught on the boat was 2 porgys and like 2 or 3 yellows and some strawberries which we threw back. We got off the boat pretty pissed and decided to give channel 2 a chance.. We arrived and some guys were catching "lanes" is what they said.. Sooo we set up, caught some bait and we also had live shrimp. About half an hour in the bite was on, 3 fish on @ 1 time, although only 1 was brought in, 2 lines snapped! re rigged casted out. turns out those lanes those guys told us about were muttons.. we cought a total of 7 good 1s.. that was sunday june 24...

I have never heard of that boat but for the effort next time I would suggest Chang Gulfstream in Key Largo for a Keys partyboat I have laways done well with them and even if it is slow they will put in the effort to find fish. Alot of the 4 hour boats down there are little more than rapists of the yellowtail nurseries and grunt boats for the tourist.
